Good Afternoon
I am studying to complete AFM for the third time in March
I have went through the online lectures and I am making my way through the Kaplan exam kit, however I am really struggling with some of the questions in relation to Acquisitions and Mergers, particularly when it starts getting complicated about share for share exchanges etc. Sometimes I am even struggling to understand what the question is asking of me
Have you got any advice on how to best approach this, and is there any other resources you would suggest as I am having to rely on the answers at the back and even then I am struggling with it

All I can suggest is to keep working through past questions, learning from your mistakes, and asking in this forum about anything you are not clear about.
Have you watched my free lectures working through a few past questions linked as ‘Revision Kit Live’ from the main Paper AFM page? At least one of them is an acquisition question.
