Hi I have study materials for the f4 paper from the June 2012 sitting but I failed the exam. I now want to resit it but want to know if the syllabus has changed drastically in 2 years? Can anyone help?

The syllabus has hardly changed in 100 years! Material for June 2012 will be ok for December 2013 subject only to you downloading articles from the ACCA website on Treasury Shares and the Bribery Act. If you add to that the three exams June 2012 - June 2013 inclusive, you're cooking with gas!
