I tried to log in to opentuition and after years of using it, today it wouldn’t let me log in because there is no email registered with my account, so i’ve made a new account with the same email
Yes, that is possible, we have deleted 100,000s of old accounts that have not been used for at least 3 years. with almost 1 million accounts, the site was getting slower.
It is possible, some users got their accounts deleted too by accident, especially if they have not posted anything on the forums, if their latest activity on the site the server did not record properly 🙁
On the bright side, it is free to create a new account, we hope it was not very inconvenient for you.
