    Hi, I’m new acca student. I have completed accounting and finance degree (years ago) and have been working in finance since then. Currently work for a company as a financial controller.

    I have 7 exemptions so 6 papers left to do.

    I wanted to study f6 and f8 and book the exam for September. I’m having another thought -is it possible to study f6 taxation paper for the next 4-5 weeks and sit the exam in June?

    I would appreciate your opinion.

    Well, it is not possible to book exams for June 19 attempt, as standard entry deadline has already gone. Although late entry remains, it shouldn’t be used as the fees will be double the standard. Nobody would recommend you that.

    So that leaves us with the option of September 19 attempt. You can book exam both exams until probably July 30. I’d personally recommend starting preparations now if you’re going for both TX and AA.
