Hello,
Do the technical articles cover the entire syllabus of Taxation UK?
Can we use that for revision along with open tuition practice questions in the notes?

Technical articles are written for the students to use as a simple summary of a few selected topics. They do not cover the entire syllabus, thats what study texts from approved content providers are for.
Students can use them as a supplement to their studies and revision. They are written in simple and easy to understand language. You can refer to them whenever you find a topic difficult to understand.
