So unfortunately I have been made redundant from work. I did have ACCA Membership which has now expired so would need to apply again! I have done all my AAT studies but my membership to that has lapsed too. So if I rejoin the AAT then ACCA and hopefully get excemptions back is there enough time to study F4 – Law and F6 – Taxation for a March exam? And in relation to the exam application deadlines where can I find these please?

Select exam name here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/computer-based-exams.html and you will see LW-ENG is on-demand – see further down the page for more information.
See here for all ACCA LW resources https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f4.html
and here for TX resources https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f6.htmlIn planning your study section you will find a study planner. Note that if sitting TX in March you want to be confident of passing as the Finance Act for June 2021 will be different (i.e. all new rates and allowances).
For further advice from fellow students please refer to specific LW and TX forums.
