ACCA Qualification

Hi.. I had no option but to study ACCA as a career. I have so far finished all exams till P1 and will be writing P2 in December.
I attend lectures and study moderately hard although I do no enjoy the course. I personally can’t recall anything from the papers I passed, is this normal ??
Due to the same reason, I’ve got a feeling that when I finish ACCA and finally get a job, I won’t have much knowledge about what ice learnt in ACCA.
My second question is that when I get a job after finishing ACCA, will by employer just give me tasks to do OR will I be trained to do the tasks first ?? I don’t want to look like a fool when I start a job and can’t do the tasks because I don’t have the knowledge, although I’ve finished ACCA.
