ACCA online application problem

Hi, I want to become ACCA student but I have problem with online application. I start the online application with the first selection “Details” and after I complete all required fields I click on “Save and continue” button, but instead of proceeding to the second section “Qualification” I received the message that there’s been an error CODE_CEC_001 and to start the application all over again.
I tried all over again several times and on different computers but the results was always the same (again same error).
I contact info@accaglobal.com and students@accaglobal.com but they told me that there was no problem with the online application, by the way, I waited almost a week for the answer.

What should I do?
