Hi, I want to become ACCA student but I have problem with online application. I start the online application with the first selection “Details” and after I complete all required fields I click on “Save and continue” button, but instead of proceeding to the second section “Qualification” I received the message that there’s been an error CODE_CEC_001 and to start the application all over again.
I tried all over again several times and on different computers but the results was always the same (again same error).
I contact info@accaglobal.com and students@accaglobal.com but they told me that there was no problem with the online application, by the way, I waited almost a week for the answer.What should I do?
Please help!
Try a different browser.
For instance if you are using internet explorer, try say google chrome of firefox or vise versa.

Je me permets de vous contacter car je rencontre un problème lors de mon inscription en ligne sur le site de l’ACCA.
Lorsque je commence à remplir le formulaire (nom, prénom, coordonnées, date et lieu de naissance, adresse, etc.), tout se passe normalement. Cependant, au moment de finaliser l’inscription, un message d’erreur s’affiche :
« Désolé, une erreur s’est produite.
Si vous n’avez pas encore soumis de candidature, vous pouvez essayer de recommencer votre candidature ou contacter notre service clientèle en indiquant le code CODE_CEC_00. »Je pense que le problème pourrait être lié au code postal, car je réside à Djibouti et je ne connais pas de code postal officiel. J’ai donc saisi “00000”, ce qui a peut-être causé l’erreur.
Pour information, voici quelques éléments que j’ai renseignés :
Prénom et nom : Halimo
Date de naissance : 07/11/1999
Lieu de naissance : Djibouti
Adresse : Djibouti, ville de Balbala
Statut : Étudiante
Numéro de téléphone : +253 77 63 22 00
Je vous serais reconnaissante de bien vouloir m’indiquer comment corriger cette erreur ou comment procéder pour finaliser mon inscription.

Take a screenshot of the error, including the URL.
Contact ACCA support directly, noting exactly which part of the application is failing.
