General ACCAACCA Notes

Hello there, Can someone be kindly to explain why there are certain parts of the notes for each assesment that are empty? For example, Performance Management Notes (Page 10). They don't explain the five major characteristics that distinguish services from manufacturing, they just name them. Same in other pages, where they don't provide any details in advantage or disadvantages. Am i missing something? Thanks before hand guys!
