How long does it take for the email to circulate or the portal to become fully available again? I have my Ethics done and the PER recorded and signed off on so just looking to do the membership bit but I've got no email yet and the portal is not fully available.

@stmathew - please do not use our forums to ask other users to share their personal information. If you put 'acca "answering challenge questions"' into a browser, you should find a pdf to download titled "PER Answering Challenge Questions".
