Hello, I have been trying to register for remote exams (December). When I try to perform the system check test on the exam planner page, I only have the option to book an exam with a center. It does not provide an option to perform the system test. Prior to this, I had completed the checklist for mandatory system requirements without any issued. Is anyone experiencing this and what could be the issue please?

The system check tests are relevant only for remote exams. If sitting at a centre, it is the centre who does the checks on the computers that it provides.
Sitting exams remotely is not and can only be booked where it is offered, by location, as show using the drop down menu here https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/enter-an-exam/exam-availability-and-booking.html
If this shows that remote session exams are available, but you cannot access the system test you need to contact ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html – only ACCA can access your account to see if something needs to be changed.
