Hi,
Is anyone having the same issue when launching EPSM Unit 1 contents are not available?

When you select “Launch Unit 1” it should take you to a new page where you then click on “ENTER” (white letters on red box). Click on that and it should launch the unit – I just tried and it worked fine.
If it doesn’t, the first thing to check is that you are using Chrome browser (all ACCA’s platforms work best with chrome). If using chrome, please contact ACCA directly https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us – select EPSM as the topic and that will direct the issue to someone who can help.
November 8, 2022 at 4:05 pm #670983I was having the same problem but now I am having problems getting on the Ethics module in general, it was working (very slow) yesterday and got up to unit 4 and now I can’t access, and ACCA is not helpful at all. Is anyone having the same problem – it say’s ‘We couldn’t load your qualification information right now.’ I have cleared my history and everything like they said.
November 8, 2022 at 11:01 pm #671091Already emailed them on Saturday, they asked me to provide more info about the error etc. so I sent them with tons of info.
Today got another email saying that I should provide them with screenshot as well. Logged on 5 mins ago to capture error screen but it seems to be working now 🙂
