Good day,it seems like a very silly question to ask but i am trying to work through chapter 6 of the Kaplan study text about External analysis but i cannot seem to find any chapters that align,could somebody help me with a chapter on OT that relates to External analysis or in which order the chapter on the website and in the textbook align?
I haven’t got a Kaplan text but external analysis implies environmental factors, competitive forces and SWOT analysis.
These are covered in Chapter 2 of our notes.
