can you please explain to me briefly what is the fundemental difference between ACCA and CIMA qualification. I do know what the appreviations stands for for but that is it from my side.

MAACCA AND CIMA
Basically, CIMA is more focused on management and cost accounting and application of accounting to business.ACCA is more focused on financial accounting and has more content about audit (especially statutory audit) and taxation than CIMA.
