About foundation in professional ethics module

Hi sir,
I passed F1with 76% in June 2017 and i already completed f2 and f3.
So i take foundation ethics module now and get 62%, and i save the results but it show no notification and turn back to its foundation ethic module list . So is this case is normal? Am i pass ethics and complete ethics module? But there is no notification of ethics in my account .
*Please* answer me sir, i am quite confuse about that!
