There were 2 different mcqs in kit and it says that for quality inspection,cost driver will be number of units or batches produced and for quality control, cost driver will be number of inspections. Is this correct?
You cannot learn the cost drivers simply as rules. What is being tested is that you can identify the most sensible cost driver and that depends on what information is given.
Quality control and quality inspection are really the same thing. As to what the most sensible cost driver is depends again on the information given in the question (as to what cost drivers are available, and how the control or inspection is being managed).
