Hi, JOHN sir, how are you? John sir quide me about the following
Q1. John sir, abc costing approach makes differentiation between fixed and variable cost?
Q2. John sir, abc costing is developed to deal with only fixed costs? AND ALL FIXED OR FIXED FOH COST?August 10, 2014 at 5:09 pm #189193Hi 🙂
Activity Based Costing is usually used for all overheads – the distinction between variable and fixed becomes less important. (Although if we know that there are variable overheads that specifically apply to each product, then we keep them separate.)
(Do appreciate that you cannot be asked calculations on ABC for F2 – not until F5)
