    Hey there,

I am done with the lectures and have also gone through the notes side by side. I’ll be appearing for the December session and I will start my revision and practice soon, side by side (hopefully) and I will cover the complete syllabus but I need guidance as to the sequence of topics which I should focus on first.

Also, would you recommend me going through the Kaplan Study Text first or would it be unnecessary considering I believe my concepts are clear thanks to the OP lectures and notes. Or maybe once I finish my practice by end of September then go through the Study Text for extra knowledge because I’ve seen you recommending practicing a lot.

Lastly, does the edition of the exam kit matter? Like the bookshop in my area says that the Sep 22′ – June 23′ edition will be available in September. Is it worth the wait? It if is then I can focus on other subjects and borrow an older version of the Study Text from a friend and read through it in the mean time.

    Thank you.

See here my guidance on building up to full exam style and standard question practice https://opentuition.com/topic/exam-preparation-18 – you’ll see there is a lot you can do if you want to wait on a new edition kit.

But see here https://opentuition.com/topic/september-2022-2 – the syllabus changes are minimal.

Once you are into question practice you should only need to use a text for reference – reading for the sake of “extra knowledge” isn’t a good use of time in exam preparation.

Please remember to use the tutor forum if you want a prompt answer from me rather than wait for fellow students to respond on this forum.
