On the question for deficiencies it mentions writing a cover letter which is fine. The answer shows an address and it’s addressed to Sir’s. Where is the address coming from and how do you know they are Sirs? I can’t see that in the information you’re given.
Thanks
The address will be fictitious.
The correct “salutation” in a formal letter to a board of directors is “Dear Sirs …” which always ends “Yours faithfully”.
If you were addressing a letter to a named individual it would be “Dear Mr(s) …” closing with “Yours sincerely”.
