Hi Guys. I am considering if I should sit AA this March. I didn’t have much time recently so I basically just read the BPP workbook once and that’s it so far. I used to work in big4 but that was like 10 years ago. Nevertheless, I have some understanding of audit concepts but I am worried that that will not be enough for AA which has pretty bad pass rates. I can devote max 1-1.5h each date for the next 5 weeks till the exam. Do you think AA would be doable in such circumstances?

In my opinion, I don’t think it would be a good idea to enter for March on basis of above plan. I would suggest you consider delaying to a future exam session such as June. I believe more work than indicated by above would be needed to give you a better chance of passing. I wouldn’t worry about poor pass rate. For more advice about how to go about tackling exam see ask the tutor forum. Hope this helps.
