I tried everything, started 10 am, was even on the phone with broadband provider; also used another wifi network, but the system test was keep failing at 75%. tried to login from another laptop, but still had the same issue. last service test was a pass 03/12/22.
I am really disappointed.

AAAA Exam - was not able to launch remote exam :
Hey Sandra, the same thing happened to me while I tried checking in. I received an alert message saying that I must sign in again. I tried logging out of MyAcca account and logging back in. Then restarted my computer. Nothing worked. I too had passed my mandatory system test. Anyway I have sent an email to ACCA Connect. They generally take a couple of days to answer back. Let's see what options we have.
Same happened to me, system wouldn't launch, I've waited 40 minutes then called customer support line which was busy, after lengthy 30 minutes I had an answer, lady explained that some other students also experienced similar technical issues and it was caused at Acca end. She said emails with apologises will be sent out and people who experienced technical issues can re book

As I posted above, I would strongly suggest posting above issues on above thread or alternatively link to this thread as the tutor on that forum is very knowledgeable about these sorts of issues and has directed students in right direction in the past. I was doing AAA exam today had same problem wouldn't go past 75% just saying error cant connect. Have to wait till March now really wanted it over with, last exam to do
