ACCA offers a certificate in International Auditing. You will find a link to information about this an other ACCA qualifications here https://www.accaglobal.com/an/en/qualifications/glance.html

1st Q – NO – DipIFR is a 3 hour exam of constructed response (“long”) questions which is “pitched” between FR (formerly F7) and SBR (formerly P2) and therefore gives exemption to FR.

The certIA is a 1 hour exam of multiple choice Qs – it does not give exemption to the 3-hour AA (formerly F8) exam is assessed through OT-case Qs (30%) and constructed response questions (70%) rather than MCQs.

2nd Q – when you go through the registration process for the ACCA qualification https://www.accaglobal.com/acca-registration-intro.html you will claim for FR exemption. If you cannot find queries answered in FAQs on ACCA website I recommend that you contact ACCA directly.
