Good evening
in part (a), it asks us to identify the type of change.
i had chosen ‘reconstruction’ because i said ti myself …. the plan was executed with relatively great speed.
i guess that for this particular scenario, i shd have concentrated on the nature of the change and not its ‘speed’ interpretation.
can you shed some light on this please.

To place the nature of the change onto the JSW matrix, you have to consider both axes. The change is neither particularly fundamental (limited scope) and my interpretation of the question is that it was implemented carefully.
You could also successfully argue that it was reconstruction. I think the examiner was primarily interested if you knew the model rather than what answer you came to.
