6 days before exam not prepared ,what should be my goal for now ? please respond

i failed my first time pm @48 marks in sept attempt due to personal problem wasnt able to focus on studies , right now i have completed my most of syllabus and sec a almost complete and some b c quess 70% of question are remaining plus i am trying my best to complete variance portion , i want advice on what should be my main focus?
