Dear sir,
I will be sitting f6 for the 4th time, may u please advise the method of studying whether i must just focus on past exam papers revision using the updated kits for the 2014 tax year, or i must go through the lectures again. Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Im so desperate for a pass, have been failing since 2012. I failed both papers f6 and f8, first attempt f8. Had done f5 and f9 also failed and set them aside. Please help.February 23, 2015 at 3:41 pm #229817You may have to ask yourself a fundamental question of whether to proceed with ACCA or potentially consider firstly doing the CAT qualification (unless you have already done this). If you proceed you must carefully study the FA 2014 update issued by the examining team, use the OT lectures to target your weaker areas and then use your exam kit to get the essential exam question practice especially given the fundamental change in the structure of the exam. Good luck!
February 23, 2015 at 6:14 pm #229835I have already done CAT and it took me 18mths to finish the five subjects from T5 to T10. I wonder why it is becoming so difficult for me to pass. I passed F4 on my first sitting, now struggling with F5,6,and 9 which I have attempted for than 3 times. F 8 was my first time in Dec 14 and I failed ,F7 not yet attempted. I have been using the BPP exam kit, maybe I must practice more questions as indicated.
