thank u for ur continued support for my exam on the 8th!!
part(b): in reading the examiner’s comments on this question, he says that there were clear signposts on how to answer part (b). he says there was a clear signpost for “strategy analysis ..”
i have read the question and i cant find the signpost – of course this represents my lack of understanding and cd u tell me which sentence is a signpost for “strategy analysis”

My copy says that there were clear signposts relating to competencies.
The paragraph before last in the question says that analysts have to be able to:
> deliver solutions…that offer benefits to the authority and to the people of the city. Presumably this require strategy analysis
> liaise between users and the new IT company
> define business cases with users.
