Not for profit, also known as non profit org, NPO or non commerical organistaion NCO use surpluss revenues from the economy to achive its goals rather rthan distributing them as profits or dividents. (surplus is excess revenue) Ngo’s are legally constitued organisations created by natural or legal people they operate independently from the gov. But persue social aims that have political aspects but are not openly political like political parties, when they are totally or partially funded by the government, they maintain non governmental status by excluding government membership in the organisation.
