@kimsmith thanks for the reply. Very hard not to read into the comms, especially given Sep error.

I have just received the following email from ACCA and I’m filled with dread:

    “From:
    ACCA • no-reply@support.accaglobal.com

    Dear Laura,

Unfortunately, due to various exam centre restrictions in your location*, centre-based exams will not be going ahead for the March 2021 exam session.

We still want you to continue your exam journey, so we’re delighted to offer you the opportunity to sit computer-based exams (CBEs) at home through remote invigilation.

March remotely invigilated session exams will be available to book from 25 January. We’ll be in touch closer to the time with additional booking information. In the meantime, you can find out more about remote session exams on our website.”

I sat my last two papers in December (SBR & AFM). Am I supposed to assume that I failed? This is so unfair and unacceptable from ACCA. Why not wait until after the exam results are out?

Completely agree with robertoh and jeromeb. I thought exam was OK, compared to the nightmares I was expecting.

That, however, doesn’t mean I did well. Managed to approach the entire exam in the 4 hours, but I’m not convinced I’ve written smart and to the point.
