Correctly. It was operating lease, as it was for 20 years and for land we cannot determine a useful life unless the ownership is transferred. In addition, the present value of minimum lease payments were 89% of the Fair Value. To be considered substantial, it has be to be more than 90 % of the fair value. Finally, the lessee did not have right to purchase the asset at bargain price at the end of lease term
Very unfair and not balance on the core modules. It seemed like testing nerves and panic response rather than P3 core syllabus.

My experience:
1. Studies BPP books
2. Went through opentuition lectures and notes and passed exams
3. I took classes for F5 & F7 only
4. I am doing the professional papers now.You can do it. Just get the basics right.
Good luckI would say a fair and well divided to cover the topics. I studied only for 4 days in total and expecting more than 60%. Fingers Crossed!
