Yes, acca is recognised and sought after in China, I personally know a lot of Malaysian acca lecturers and seniors with acca have worked or currently working in China.
However, speaking and writting in Manderin is one of the requirements if you want to work in Guangzhou. Everyone speak Manderin or Cantonese in Guangzhou.
How about Singapore?
