Hi John, what if I explained the question clearly, and on the point, but I don’t have 5 points, say for 5 mark questions? Would I lose marks on that? thanks.

from my observation, no. some topics (on a broader sense) are being tested again and again.

You may pass it even if you’re 50% prepared, so I still recommend making a try, provided that you do study the past papers beforehand.

By OT tutor: (personally I think it’s too broad, and I can make the same guesses too:))

Exam Tips for Paper F5 (June 2010 Exams)

    Question 1
    Activity Based Costing

    Question 2
    Linear Programming or Decision Theory

    Question 3
Budgeting written + preparation of flexed budget

    Question 4
    Mix & Yield variances

    Question 5
Divisional performance measurement + transfer pricing

    Please Note

Tips should not be relied on – they are only intelligent guesses.
Their only purpose is to give you suggestions for topics to concentrate on in your last few days of preparation. Do not exclude other topics from your overall preparation.

Flipping my notes got the answer for you:

Means a party should be awarded as much as he earned.

This is one of the remedies available for breaching of contract.

Payment may also be awarded on the basis of quantum meruit when a party has carried out work in respect of voidable contrct.

I think I bought the wrong study book!!!!

I should have bought HK variant for F4, but I bought the one for global… actually I didn’t find HK variant on sale when I was in the book store, but I didn’t think too much… what shall I do? :'(
