   I noticed that MIRR was not included for IRR topic, is this included in the 2019 Syllabus?

   Thank you so much. The tutor made delayed annuities and perpetuities so so simple and easy for me same way it made standard deviation with probabilities. The text book i use made it complex and unclear.
