I really don't agree with the assumption that the price to sell to the new shareholder is 2.4
I agree that it need to be lower to be attractive but doesn't necessarily have to be 2.4, it could be 2.45,2.48 etc or even 2.5 itself, I believe the best assumption is to sell at the current market price of 2.5 which brings the new no of shares to 960,000
