How do we download free lecture or these video?
Many thanks for this resources and the online lectures are really helping me. On the lecture notes on Chapter1 it goes up to 3.3 and then it starts with chapter2. The exchange rates and inflation part is missing. I am looking at the 2020 notes, is there any chance this could be added to the notes. Thank you Mervin
