Correct Dispatch cost was$190,whilst Order processing Cost was$350,should be taken in account!

Hi. You are correct. Despatch costs and order processing costs should both have been taken into account and instead of just $350, ($350+$190) could have been used.

is there a mistake in the Customer Profitability Analysis? Why are you using $350 for Order processing when it should be $190. The $350 is for despatch costs and this doesn't seem to have been taken into consideration?
