    Hello
Operational feasibility is included in Technical feasibility ,because technical feasibility nothing has provided except the spec of machinery and tech nology requirements and method of operation .

On the other hand , ecology is not part of social but influence it, ecology feasibility relate to the natural environment reaction of implementing the capital investment , but social feasibilities related to public feedbacks , reactions and like and dislike of that future project.
For example building a cement factory have environmental effects such as pollution and destroy of the surface of the earth of the territory of target location of new factory , but the social relate to employment of native as well as other employees.

So I Believe the right answer is Environmental/Ecological feasibility.
    Regards

Well, Kaplan is obviously wrong (see below).

Operational and social are not usually regarded as being the same.

It was operationally feasible for banks to outsource their call centres to offshore offices. However, many customers did not like this for social (perhaps prejudiced) reasons.

I could easily argue that ecology is part of social considerations: eg if your carbon footprint isn’t low, customers will shun you.

I think you will find that different writers discuss the various facets of feasibility using different headings.

    Kaplan isn’t wrong, just different.

    Hi,
According to Kaplan feasibility can be:
    Technical
    Social (operational)
    Ecological (Environmental)
    Economic (Financial)
So when you name financial, technical and social in the question ,the answer operational seems to be wrong because is another way to say social.
The answer should be Ecological (Environmental).
