These are actually quite comprehensive and well structured lectures. I stayed away from the “paid” lectures purely because of the lack of quality and service I received from (insert all the “big name” rip offs here – you know who you are B,K). Thank you OT for creating value…. this is what this profession is all about! Only after using these lectures in my bridging course (Cert.BA) did I manage to achieve better results.I have never looked back. I’m going to have to make a donation and purchase materials from OT exclusively. Thank you!

Hello, Can you confirm these lectures are for the 2019 syllabus? I have bought books from Kaplan and the sections titles do not match with these.

    Thank you

Is the E1 lesson 01 note complete?
only by studying it and watching the video, can I cover the whole lesson 01?
because I could not find some subtopics such as the role of finance function [ shapes how, narrates how enables how]

    Dear Sir,
Thank you for providing such excellent resources and lectures!
I just registered with CIMA this week and will start from operational level because I have AAT level 4 qualification. I am very excited to continue studying accountancy. I purchased BPP course book and exam practice kit. Do I still need to purchase the materials from Kaplan which is CIMA’s partner? There are many course providers publishing their own study materials. I presume they must follow CIMA’s new syllabus? Please advise. Many thanks!

    Sally

The BPP books you have bought should be fine and our notes and lectures should enhance those. You don’t need Kaplan’s as well.

Great news. Thanks a lot for the feedback. You will know that the current syllabus is very new (and, frankly, we found it quite difficult to get to grips with) so it is great for us to hear that you found our new material is helpful.

Best wishes for your next CIMA level.

Hi, i am new, i want to start studying for my operational level, i have an AAT full diploma, not quite familiar with the new syllabus, because for example i thought E1 was about Organisational Management, i am lost?

You need to visit the CIMA web-site:

and look at their 2019 syllabus.

E1 Organisatioal Management was part of their 2015 syllabus. The 2019 syllabus has E1 Manging Finance in a Digital World and this is very different to the 2015 syllabus – as are some other papers.
