In 12 months period van was purchased. I assumed it would go to either main or special rate pool, but it was offset by AIA? I am incorrect to assume that AIA doesn't cover cars/vans?

Hi Oksana,
Motorcycles, lorries, vans, and trucks are not considered cars and hence can be included in the annual investment allowance.
It would've gone to special or main pool if it was a car.
