WHILE CALCULATING THE PAYBACK PERIOD DO I NEED TO CONSIDER (refurbrishment, environmental investment ,training costs and operating costs) as INITIAL INVESTMENT COSTS?
The cash flows used in pay back are the same as those that would be used in the NPV in the briefing paper. You are calculating how soon you will recover the initial expenditure of 90,000,000.
