Hello Good day sir,
1)I would like to ask about beyond budgeting concept, regression analysis, learning curves, High low
Are they still included in the syllabus ?
2) IRR , MIRR I have seen them in past papers, is it highly important to know their calculations for this paper plz?

Beyond budgeting was removed. You would not be asked to perform regression analysis or learning curves of even high low, but these were in F5/PM so you are expected to remain aware of them and especially limitations. IRR and MIRR are specifically in the APM syllabus and you should be able to apply these.
