why no acca level 1 past papers???

hi everyone, i have been interested in finding out smething, why does acca never publish past papers for level 1 i mean for f1 f2 f3, we never got a chance to look at the paper for a second time , same as the june 2012, it can never be found, can anybody tell me why???
