Fryatt Co. entered into a 3 year lease for a machine of fair value $78000, making 3 annual payment of $29000. the present value of minimum lease payment is $72000.
3 annual payment would make lease payment as $87000. but how is MLP is low as $72000. Is it bcoz they deduct finance interest or something?
