Transfer ownership of personal car to corporate Sdn Bhd

Dear all,

Please advice that any accounting effect to the corporate accounts if director intends to transfer personal car to company name?

1. Is consider that the director sell car to company?
2. Need to issue invoice?
3. Any GST effect?
4. HP interest is based on new loan or just continue the 1st HP agreement?
5. Any other issue regarding this action ?
