   Dear Sir,
   May I know why the FV of paybles at acquistion amounting to ($3m) is not being deducted against opeing payables balance?

   Expected = 70+(-3) = 67 ?

   Good video. However, on the notes there is a mistake in the solution of the Opening Balance of the payables.
