What does this mean (“you w me”) ??
A very difficult Question…. got the first portion of the question and solved but didn’t get the 2nd part… Market research related.. why it is totally separated solved from the upper decisions…. i mean extended the Market Research separately first and then again join it with the upper three choices…. how ?

(You should not use the lecture notes on their own – they are only lecture notes and are to be used with the free lectures).
May I know why machine hours not 55k times 2/6?

Example 4 chapter 14 on MORE VARIANCE ANALYSIS, on the calculation of Actual profit using standard cost for C is 107x(26-24) is 214 and not 340.
thus changing the actual profit totals to 1264 and the total variance to 336 (A)
The variances are completely correct!!
If you look at the question you will see that the actual sales are 170 units.
There is a tiny typing error in the answer and it should read 170 x (26 – 24), which does give 340.
