    That’s not an option within the 4 available

    The option that is most similar is “The amount of damages awarded is limited to that amount which could have been reasonably foreseeable by the injured party” and that is 180 degrees different from what you have posted!

    In the notes, “The amount of damages awarded is limited to that amount which could have been reasonably foreseeable by the breaching party” is a claim for damages.
    When I chose it here, it was shown as a wrong answer.

    Why so?
