I don’t remember an Ausra and Danute in F4! But the answer is “Probably, yes” The names in the course notes are all based on real characters from a period in my life – all of them memorable in some way or another

Hi sir , I don’t want to sound ridiculous but I refer to”Pre Incorporation Contract” as “Pregnant Mothers” in a way that they purchase clothing, cribs, strollers and food for their baby that have not yet come into existence. Help me remember a bit easier . What do you think about that example?

I’m speechless – you could say that I am experiencing a pregnant pause

You could liken it to a contract in that an invitation was made, this gave rise to an offer and that was accepted.

Whether this agreement was supported by consideration is between the two parties involved

Now, did these two parties intend to enter into a legally binding agreement?

      Let’s hope so!

As Mario says below – where directors (particularly of private companies) are asked / required by the bank to give personal guarantees for the bank overdraft / loan
