What about the receivables Journal in the diagram? I realize that sales journal might include Receivables but sales journal would also include cash sales, right?

The receivables journal (also called the sales journal, or sales day book) only records sales on credit.

Sales for cash (cash sales) are recorded in the cash receipts book, and analysed into a column headed ‘sales’.

@nana876, You can read about this in the Course Notes. All you need to know about for the exam is the imprest system, which is explained in the notes.
