    Hi Sir, according to Kaplan Q&A exam kit 2012, part c of q1-AutoFone is no longer examinable. pls advice.tq

      @sharman, Reward management is no longer on the syllabus and is not in our study material. In this question it is of low technical content – more or less common sense and we kept this question intact because of the other element of part (c), relating to impartial advice.

    P3 EXAM 2008 June- important highlights and advice on the question approach. This is very good. Please also elaborate on different words and their meanings in the exam question, so that we may know what we are acrually to answer, e.g evaluate, explain, comment, lists etc… sometimesd these verbs come in a question and confuse one in an exam situation.
