I do not have the BPP text. The title you quote (Culture and Committee does not make much sense to me).
Anyhow, if you download the notes (a PDF file) then go Ctrl+F this will bring up a search box. Enter the term you want to find and it will allow you to locate everywhere the term appears.
I think you want P76 of the notes. Whatever chapter that is in will correspond to the lecture.
Isn’t individualism one of hofstede variables of national cultures?
It refers to persons wanting to be authentic trying new things on their own to stand out which is praised, whilst collectivism is where persons are expected to conform and do things a particular way so persons follow or do things that the group is doing because if not they would be looked down on
Sir the voice of your lectures is not quite clear. I couldn’t understand many words spoken due to unclear voice. I have seen your f8 lectures and voice quality is better there. It would be problem for students who dont have english as there native language. May be increase in volume from your end could fix it.
It’s simply that some cultures are more risk-accepting than others. For example int the USA the attitude tends to be ‘have a go’. Even if you fail, at least you’ve tried. There is no shame in failure after a noble effort.
hi,i just want to ask that sir may i use these notes and lectures for the preparation of knowledge level exams? i mean do i need any other text(bpp or kaplan) or is it would be enough(these notes and lectures)?
i would like to give a sugggestion ….you could expand the video frame therby enlarge the tutors part .. then on the space under it you could show the video notes too
